Who is this suitable for?

This qualification is aimed those who have completed a workplace first aid course and who are refreshing their knowledge and skills.

Which candidates can attend?

This qualification is aimed at those who are acting as an emergency first aider in a sports setting.

When and where does the course take place?

This 3 hour course is typically delivered over half a day. Training can take place at your workplace on a date and time to suit you. Alternatively, you can go ahead and book on one of our open courses which are perfectly suited to individuals looking to take part in this training.

Course syllabus

Be able to assess an incident
Be able to provide first aid to an unresponsive casualty
Be able to provide first aid to a casualty with external bleeding
Know how to provide first aid to a casualty who is in shock
Be able to provide first aid to a casualty who is choking

How much does this first aid course at work cost?

In-house (up to 12 candidates) £325

All costs include the provision of a First Aid
Manual as well as full certification.

How long is the course?

3 hours guided learning – over half a day

Is this course accredited?

Yes, and it is valid for 3 years
